Age-appropriate design
KathaVerse is intended to support learning for users including children. Content, prompts and controls must be age-appropriate, and the product does not provide open user-to-user chat or behavioural advertising.
Parental and guardian controls
A parent or guardian may contact ASEEM to review, correct or delete a child’s information. Purchases must use the applicable app-store billing and parental authorisation controls. Children should not enter phone numbers, precise location, school details or other unnecessary personal information.
Report a concern
Report unsafe content, suspected exploitation, privacy concerns or inappropriate contact immediately to aseemicpl@gmail.com. ASEEM will prioritise child-safety reports and escalate legally reportable matters to the appropriate authorities.
